The strategy - to communicate with and inform clients (existing and prospective) of the clinics services vis-a-vis text and images, and incorporate interactive elements such as:
- Pet Vet Tips – an element where clients participate by submitting questions (user generated content) and the clinics vets post answers
- Pet Vet Gallery – clients post pictures and blurbs of and about their pets
- Send to Friend – once posted, clients can send pet pictures to friends and family directly from the pet vet gallery
- Comprehensive Services – each service answers pet owners’ most frequently asked questions
